Anne Davidson is a classroom teacher, yoga instructor, and mindfulness coach in New York, est. 2014.
Anne’s yoga classes are designed to give each student a personal connection to the practice and a safe space for whatever needs to come their way. Her classes embody a strong vinyasa flow allowing students to find a moving mediation focused on breath awareness. By practicing and teaching yoga, Anne is able to understand and connect with herself and through that she is able to better connect with others.
Anne's goal as a coach is to inspire clients to find a mindfulness practice within their life, overcome negative limiting beliefs, and create goals that align to their true self.
Anne spends her days as a 3rd grade ESL teacher for the New York City Department of Education who applies the principles of yoga so that her students can share a part of what she loves.
